  • Advanced business systems analysis skills in all aspects and phases of SDLC.

  • Run efficient and productive meetings with business users to perform needs analysis and gather requirements.

  • Create requirements, design, process flow, technical specifications,  GAP analysis, integration mapping and UAT documents.

  • Lead and manage work load of other business analysts.

  • Define processes to include application controls in requirements, as well as traceability from requirements to test cases.

  • Extensive analysis work on team collaboration, task management and document storage / management portals.

  • Extensive analysis work on disaster recovery, data replication / backup of applications, server migration / refresh and OS upgrades.

  • Extensive analysis work on information security, security compliance and audit compliance requirements. Participate in weekly meetings with audit department to ensure compliance.

  • Configure and maintain IT infrastructure.


PM

  • Project planning and management to ensure timely delivery across all phases of SDLC. Manage many projects concurrently and efficiently.

  • Create project statements, project plans, templates and other artifacts.

  • Run status meetings, End of Sprint Retrospective meetings. Provide updates on progress to management.

  • Participate in planning to identify and estimate work.

  • Socialize and secure funding for projects via proof of concept demonstrations and presentations.

  • Provide orientation to new team members.

  • Train team members and business users.


Developer / QA

  • Code software and crate reports.

  • Install and configure applications.

  • Provide post implementation maintenance and customer support.

  • Create test scenario and clarification documents.
