Run efficient and productive meetings with business users to perform needs analysis and gather requirements.
Create requirements, design, process flow, technical specifications, GAP analysis, integration mapping and UAT documents.

Define processes to include application controls in requirements, as well as traceability from requirements to test cases.
Extensive analysis work on team collaboration, task management and document storage / management portals.
